Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, or 7:30 AM - 4:00PM 40 Hours/Week The Parts Room TechnicianLoads and unloads trucks using overhead cranesOperates fork trucksUses small power toolsOperates andmaintainsall personal safety equipmentClears and salts snow at assigned locationsAssistswith general warehousing dutiesPulls inventory parts and issues them to production for project workWorks with materials and parts based on drawings and bills of materialsLocates and issues parts for daily sales ordersPacks and ships sales orders using UPS WorldShip (domestic and international)Weighs and loads carbon into small systems as neededReceives parts delivered to E&APerforms goods receipt transactions in SAPVerifies quantities of received materialsPerforms and documents cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracyParticipates in yearly physical inventory processAssists in other shop areas as required Equipment Skills:ForkliftHand tools (including power tools)Jib hoistOverhead cranesQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required0-2years Industrial experience is requiredWarehouse experience is preferredAbout Calgon CarbonAt Calgon Carbon, we are scientific innovators with a proud legacy of over 80 years and more than 205 patents to our name.
