We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry and a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by answering questions offering advice and ensuring customer satisfactionProcess parts orders including locating and ordering parts from suppliersMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked and organizedAssist with receiving and stocking new inventoryWork closely with the service department to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and delivered in a timely mannerKeep up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessories to provide customers with the best optionsRequirements:Intermediate experience in the automotive parts industryStrong knowledge of automotive parts and accessoriesExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency with computer systems and parts catalog softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and move heavy parts and equipmentValid drivers licenseReynolds & Reynolds experience is a plusIf you have the experience and skills required for this position we would love to hear from you.
