Pastry Chef – Confidential High-End Bakery (South Florida) A new high-end bakery concept in North Miami is seeking an exceptional Pastry Chef to lead production and shape signature offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role with an early-morning bakery schedule. Target start date: 12.1.25. Compensation: Salary ranges $ 1,800-$2,000 a week, depending on experience, with relocation assistance for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship: Case-by-case. Responsibilities: Lead daily pastry + viennoiserie production Develop and refine laminated dough and artisan pastry recipes Train and manage kitchen staff Ensure consistency, quality, and scaling readiness Support opening operations and production systems Qualifications: 5+ years pastry experience Mastery of laminated doughs, croissants, and viennoiserie High-volume production experience Strong leadership + communication skills Experience opening new bakery concepts is a plus Experience in Sour Dough breads is a plus Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $86,000 - $100,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
