We use European techniques as a foundation, but our flavors, ingredients, and stories are inspired by NYC and the community around us — creating something familiar yet new.We’re building a collaborative team of pastry chefs with different levels of experience who are passionate about making products with clean aesthetics and layered flavors that tell stories.  You’ll be a part of a pastry program that feels both rooted in tradition and imaginative — where cultural expression meets precise technique.  We are looking for people who are excited about their craft and are looking to bring positive energy and thoughtful creativity to this team.The ideal candidate is:Experienced with laminated doughs or deeply interested in mastering themSkilled with pastry creams, curds, and long-cooked fillingsComfortable with dough handling and shaping, with an eye for detail and texturePassionate about creating modern pastries that are thoughtfully garnished and that celebrate flavor and craftExcited to collaborate, learn, and bring fresh ideas to a new bakery environmentIf you love the idea of working in a small, hands-on team where creativity, culture, and precision all have a seat at the table — we’d love to meet you.There will be two shifts; 4am-12pm (bake) and 7am-3pm (production)Requirements: At least 1 year of professional bakery experience Flexible morning scheduleFlexible on holidaysCan lift 50lbsCompensation: $20-24
