The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of focused experience in the following areas:Drafting patent applications in the computer arts (e.g. software AI/ML/LLMs FinTech web applications telecommunications integrated circuits etc.)Prosecuting patent applicationsCandidates should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. Candidates with a degree or an advanced degree in electrical engineering computer engineering and/or computer science are preferred although candidates with degrees in mechanical engineering or other relevant experience will also be considered. Strong experience drafting complex software patent applications is a plus.
