Job Description

Mid-Sized GP Firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law.
Very active with representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC.
A busy Patent Prosecution practice of cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have prior experience in patent prosecution, with an aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus. Applicant must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Prefer education or patent prosecution work experience related to software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, and networking. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
