DescriptionInova Cares Behavioral Healthis looking for a dedicatedPatient Access Associate 2- Bilingualto join the team. This is a full-time position day shift Monday to Friday from 8:00 am 5 pm. A Patient Access Associate 2 you will adhere to Inova Health Systems Service Excellence standards while admitting/scheduling patients conducting insurance verifications and providing financial counseling. As the first point of contact you will help create a safe and welcoming environment for individuals seeking behavioral health therapy services. Youll manage essential administrative workflows such as referrals intake documentation insurance financial assistance support and transportation.
