s:· Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon appointment arriv
al· Ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visito
rs· Assist patients with registration and check in procedur
es· Data entry of patient demographics and billing informati
on· Verification of insurance coverage and collect/post payments to patient accoun
ts· Collect and prepare specimens for testing and analysis when need
ed· Call physician offices to confirm the accuracy of test orde
rs· Monitor and log patient wait times on a regular bas
is· Notify the supervisor of any patient issues in a timely mann
er· Promote and provide information about LabCorp patient servic
es· Manage office supplies to ensure proper inventory leve
ls· Open and close the office when necessa

Minimum Qualificatio
ns:· High School Diploma or GED or equival
ent· 1 year or more of customer service experie
