  • Track and manage tasks using internal task management applications
  • Maintain detailed notes and documentation to ensure seamless coordination
  • Compose professional emails to communicate effectively with physicians, staff, vendors, and patients
  • Assist with clinic workflow and support MA team members when needed, including rooming, charting, and procedural support
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinic technologies efficiently to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong commitment to exceptional patient service and experience
  • A warm, approachable, and engaging interpersonal style that fosters positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence and professionalism when communicating with physicians, hospitals, vendors, and patients
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute beyond core responsibilities
  • Comfort assisting with back-office clinical duties alongside Medical Assistants
  • Ability and confidence in composing professional emails

Additionally, candidates should possess:

  • Comfort working in an environment where tasks and requests come from multiple directions
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies
  • Prior authorization experience preferred
  • Medical office or healthcare front-office experience strongly preferred

Licenses or certifications are not required for this role; however, any relevant healthcare certifications or credentials are considered a plus.
