Staring hourly: $19.00 per hourNorthwest Rehabilitation & Associates a member of Therapy Partners Group has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics servingSalemand surrounding communities for over 15 years.We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapistswhoarepassionate about helping patients achieve their goals.Currently we are looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator for our 3220 Liberty Rd S location in Salem.Schedule needed: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm*Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not requiredESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIESGreeting warmly and maintain a friendly welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators and any external connections. Clearly communicates with all staff including clinical and corporate employees in a friendly and courteous mannerResponsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care. Works closely with Billing Department Physical Therapists and Aide staff to assure smooth patient flowMaintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidentialParticipates in and adheres to as required the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partner Group Reviews Copay collection reports and helps identify accounts that may need to be reviewedAudits Journeys/Dashboard to ensure they are being worked on in a timely mannerAudits Payer Direct Portal to ensure notes are being uploaded/AUTHs pulled Checks FOC Chats to ensure messages are being responded to and worked onChart audit day/s in advance to ensure we have charts with documents and AUTHs as requiredMINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTSKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a Plus Possess strong customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidential documentsMust be organized and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to communicate complex information in a well thought-out easily understood manner both orally and in writing in a variety of settings and stylesAbility to communicate in an honest direct and professional manner relating well to others to build rapport and effective relationships.An ability to demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions identify and share relevant information and solicit feedback from others and give and receive feedback objectively.Must be able to identify and problem solve Possess dedicated team player attributesAbility to multi-task responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere with the patients nearby Education and ExperienceEducation: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: Data Entry System Dashboard and or Worklist Completion Projects a plusPhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsRequires prolonged sitting some walking bending stooping reaching and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard mouse photocopier telephone calculator and other equipment. Requires a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record prepare and present reports.
