This is a key role supporting the daily operations of the clinic assisting patients and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate must have prior hearing industry experience and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients ensuring a professional and welcoming experienceManage scheduling appointments and follow-up communicationsAnswer and make phone calls handle patient inquiries and respond to support requestsAssist clinical staff with daily operations and patient care logisticsMaintain accurate patient records and coordinate with providers as neededUse CYCLE software for scheduling patient management and documentationSupport inventory management ordering and other administrative tasks as neededQualificationsPrior experience in a hearing healthcare or audiology settingStrong proficiency with CYCLE softwareExcellent communication organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional personable and patient-focused demeanorCompensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $20$25 per hour depending on experienceOpportunities to grow with a new practice and advance within the franchise networkWhy This Opportunity is UniqueThis role offers the chance to be part of a brand-new practice with significant autonomy and influence over daily operations.
