Patient Care AdvisorLocation: Springfield, MOSchedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.Pay: $18.50 per hour Penmac Staffing is hiring detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Care Advisors. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients who are filling prescriptions. This role is responsible for gathering and entering prescription information, resolving inaccurate deliveries, and assisting with other issues the customer may have regarding their prescription. Responsibilities include: Answer inbound calls professionally and efficientlyProvide chat handling for clients who prefer using their chat feature.Review documents for accuracy and completeness; follow up when additional information is requiredUphold HIPAA requirements and comply with all pharmacy regulations Requirements include: Have a passion for connecting with and helping others.Customer service experience requiredPrevious call center or customer service experience preferredPharmacy or healthcare experience preferredData entry, multitasking, and communication skills Schedule Details: Multiple shifts are available.
