The Inclusive Solutions (IS) engagement team is seeking an Engagement Specialist to coordinate planning and logistics for Prudentials external events and partnerships. This role supports the companys social impact and business objectives by ensuring effective event execution stakeholder communication and alignment with enterprise goals. Responsibilities include managing program logistics coordinating communications preparing collateral developing project plans and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The Engagement Specialist will work closely with team members to keep initiatives on track within scope and budget reporting to the Director of Engagements & Planning.The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.What you can expect:Helping to determine and define engagement scope and objectivesTeaming with resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficientlyMonitoring budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsTracking costs to meet budgetDeveloping and managing a detailed schedule and work plansProviding updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholdersOrganizing and maintaining contracts with vendors/suppliersUtilizing best practices techniques and standards throughout entire engagement activationMonitoring progress and adjusting as neededContributing to measurement of performance and helping to identify areas for improvementWhat youll need:3 years of event management administration or related experienceProven ability to problem solveStrong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and technologyExperience seeing engagements through the full life cycleStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as requiredWhat we offer you:Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $72900.00 to $108600.00.
