This role is central to advancing The Meaning of Care by ensuring that patient and family voices are integrated into operational decisions and experience improvement efforts. The Specialist collaborates with affiliate leaders to identify priorities supports the implementation of experience strategies and facilitates communication with vendors to optimize survey tools and data insights.
