OverviewThe Patient Experience Specialist supports the implementation and continuous improvement of patient experience strategies and initiatives to provide exceptional experiences. And we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience.Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.ResponsibilitiesPerformance ImprovementSupport departments in developing improvement plansAnalyze and develop industry best practicesExecute experience mapping activities Develop and lead experience projects for assigned service area in alignment with system objectivesPartner with leaders and team members to hardwire patient-centered foundational behaviorsFacilitate education focused on patient experience best practices and organizational valuesSupport patient experience improvement initiativesFeedback Analysis and ReportingMonitor and interpret data from patient experience surveys complaints and grievances and external sourcesDesign and distribute reports and presentations to communicate trends and insightsIdentify key drivers of experience and analyze industry best practicePatient EngagementEngage Patient & Family Advisory Councils (PFACs)Elevate the voice of the patient across the organization to inform decision-making and educationParticipate in quality and patient experience committeesProactively engage patients families and team members throughout their care experienceEscalate concerns to appropriate departments and leaders facilitating information gathering investigation improvement and resolutionQualificationsBachelors degree in healthcare administration social work nursing communication or related field2 years of healthcare and/or customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and TeamsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Computer Science,user experience,User Interface,SME,CSS,Interaction Design,Windows,Android,Usability Studies,Visual Design,HTML,User Research,JavaScript,Web Services,Wireframes Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
