You will be based at our partner location in Murrieta CA providing education coordinating care and assisting with phlebotomy. Youll work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure a seamless supportive and professional patient experience.In addition to competitive compensation this position includes acomprehensive benefits packageandstock optionsin a fast-growing health tech company.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide education and support for high-risk patients undergoing genetic testing.Register patients and schedule follow-up appointments.Build trust and confidence with patients by explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.Accurately verify and label patient specimens at the time of collection.Maintain documentation patient records and uphold HIPAA compliance.Ensure a clean safe and welcoming clinical environment.Collaborate with the clinical team and area supervisor to complete daily tasks efficiently.Serve as a key patient contact embodying HALOs commitment to precision care and early detection.QualificationsRequired:2 years of recent experience as a Medical Assistant working with a clinical team OR a bachelors degree (or senior soon to graduate) with strong communication skills empathy and an interest in medicine genetics or patient-facing healthcare roles.
