Full Time.Assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management.Education and Formal Training: High School diploma or GED. While not required a minimum of one year of medical office experience is preferredWork Experience: Medical Group Outpatient Clinic experience preferredKnowledge Skills and Abilities Required: demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills proficiency in computer systems and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with medical office procedures billing practices and scheduling systems is highly desirable. The role requires multitasking attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. The coordinator must maintain continuous mental focus and demonstrate the ability to respond appropriately and politely to stressful situations involving patients families and staff. Compliance with HIPAA OSHA infection control policies and hospital standards is mandatory.
