Job Description
Job Summary:Provides reception registration and clerical support to ensure smooth delivery of patient care with an emphasis on excellent customer service.Job Description: Greets patients answers phones and provides clerical support to clinical departments. Schedules appointment times using computerized scheduling systems. Verifies insurance benefits and obtains precertification or authorization when required. Determines and accepts required payments such as co-pays and deductibles or refers patients to financial counselors for follow-up.
