This position requires exceptional attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced high-volume environment. Professionalism confidentiality and strong communication skills are essential to success.What Youll DoAccurately post transactions (payments and adjustments) from Electronic Remittances paper checks EOBs and Patient Portals.Follow the departments payment reconciliation process with precision.Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and turnaround time.Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards.Maintain error rates in alignment with department expectations.Respond to internal and external calls and emails promptly and professionally.Support administrative tasks and assist team members as needed.Minimum RequirementsExperience2 years of medical billing or payment posting experience.Strong ability to interpret EOBs and EOPs from major payors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly detail-oriented reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.Proficiency in basic Excel functions.Familiarity with CPT HCPCS and ICD-10 coding.Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Apply Today!Be a key contributor in a mission-driven collaborative environment where your work directly supports our operational excellence and client care.360 Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We provide reasonable accommodations for any part of the application or employment process.
