Payment Processing (ACH) Specialist at Oracle

DescriptionThis role will report directly to the ACH Manager and is responsible for customer transaction processing. This positions hour will be for the closing shift with some holiday coverage necessary. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some retail banking experience with a growing team here at candidates only. There will be NO telecommuting.Career Level - IC1ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesProcess daily ACH and EFT transactions on behalf of customers of the companyMaintain detailed records of transactions processedParticipate in the ongoing development of an automated system for transaction processingWork in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer payment reconciliation and technical issuesPrepare and maintain proper procedural documentation for operating and compliance purposesAccept other duties as assignedDesired Experience/QualificationsBachelors degree preferred but not required.1 2 years of experienceUnderstanding of ACH and ACH processing preferred but not required1 to 2 years of cash handling and previous banking experienceWorks well in a fast paced team-oriented environmentExtremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applicationsFlexible and adaptable attitude toward work schedule (some holiday coverage required)Personal Traits:Dependability is a must. May require some overtime in order to make sure the customers needs are met. Exceptional listening and communication skills - detailed organized and process-oriented.Flexibility must be able to multi-task efficiently switch gears and prioritize.
