DescriptionProvides accurate preparation of payroll to all drivers and warehouse personnel.Additional Information:Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pmThis position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.Job duties include contact with other employees operating heavy machinery and access to proprietary information raw materials finished merchandise and/or other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff employees and vendors.ResponsibilitiesMajor Tasks PerformedOrganize trip sheets for CTS drivers. Prepare TMW to complete all of the Drivers payroll.Contact department supervisors for any missed times.Prepare weekly settlement sheets and distribute to drivers.Partner with Human Resources to ensure paid time off is paid accurately and timely.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futurePreferred Qualifications:At least have one (1) year of experience processing payroll in a business environmentRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Data Entry,Paychex,Accounting,UltiPro,Workers' Compensation Law,Ceridian,Paylocity,HRIS,Payroll,ADP,Kronos,Human Resources Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
