Job Description
Payroll:Initiate weekly payroll for all departments in a timely and organized all required payroll information for both town and school staff accurately and in alignment with payroll proof and process payroll according to the established processing and finalize payroll including all required turnovers paperwork and wire funding documentation for Town and submit all monthly payroll reports to Town Hall for Responsibilities & ProjectsManage and process weekly time sheets for all schools as they are received ensuring prompt and accurate with supervisor-assigned projects including but not limited to the ongoing cross-reference audit of contracted days off for staff CORI SORI and SAFIS general payroll support and contribute to improving departmental organized accurate payroll records and closely with all school locations and town departments regarding payroll processing timelines and related as the primary point of contact for employees with payroll questions or concerns providing clear and timely experience preferredRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Data Entry,Paychex,QuickBooks,Accounting,10 Key Calculator,Paylocity,Microsoft Excel,Payroll,ADP,Administrative Experience,Human Resources,Bookkeeping Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Administration Experience: years Vacancy: 1
