Job Details Apostolic Christian Restmor Inc - Morton IL $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton is looking for a full-time Payroll Manager!Summary:Process and perform all aspects of payroll and payroll-related procedures Essential Duties:Perform all work on each payroll batch from source documents to pay distribution and reconciliation of payroll accountsTrack and submit PBJ hours and other payroll reporting dataDisburse tax deposits and other special checks as neededPrepare various reports for administrationMaintain employee personnel and medical recordsOther duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in accounting and/or payroll requiredProficiency in Microsoft ExcelHigh level organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to effectively communicate to all levels of employeesThis is a full-time on-location position. Hours are typically 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday depending on the candidates preference when hired. While the position initially will require 40 hours/week initially the candidate will likely be able to drop down to 32 hours (4 days) per week after their training period if they desire and are able to complete their duties in that timeframe.Physical Requirements:Office environment with exposure to computer screens and frequent interruptionsAbility to see hear and speakWorking with hands and fingers to seize hold grasp pick and type proficientlyCarrying objects up to 10 lbs.Benefits:All employees are eligible for benefits which vary by status (full part-time etc.).
