Ready to work alongside amazing people solve complex problems and leave a legacy Join us.What youll doAs a Production Technician Magnet Manufacturing you will operate and maintain press equipment used in the magnet production process. This role involves setting up running monitoring and maintaining hydraulic mechanical or pneumatic press systems to meet precise production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with press operations in a manufacturing environment and a strong focus on safety quality and process control.Press Operation & SetupSet up and operate press machines according to production specifications and work ordersAdjust machine settings to ensure consistent quality and dimensional accuracyLoad raw materials and inspect finished parts for conformance to tolerances and quality standardsMaintain documentation such as operational logs and routersMaintenance & TroubleshootingPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipmentIdentify troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues during productionReport equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams as neededSafety & ComplianceFollow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE while operating machineryMaintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S or similar workplace organization principlesParticipate in safety audits and training sessions as requiredWhat were looking forAssociates degree bachelors degree preferredExperience in a collaborative production environmentAbility to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 lb.Ability to self-direct and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal prioritization and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel Word and PowerPointOur pay and benefitsSalary: $60000 - $80000 annually depending on education experience and skillsEquity position in Niron via stock option grantComprehensive medical dental and vision insuranceMental healthcare401k plan with company matchPaid vacation sick time and holidaysExperience in a fun high-performing manufacturing environmentRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Forklift,Basic Math,Packaging,Mechanical Knowledge,Assembly Experience,Restoration,Sensors,Food Processing,Precision Measuring Instruments,Programmable Logic Controllers,Manufacturing,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 60000 - 80000
