Facilitates telephonepaging and two-way radio communications for all hospital employees and patients. Initiates appropriateresponse personnel for various emergency situations. Problem-solves pager issues for hospital staff.Job Requirements Prerequisites and Essential Functions:EDUCATIONHigh school diploma (or GED) or equivalent required.EXPERIENCE1-2 years experience as a PBX operator or Customer Service Rep in a high volume call centerenvironment.Previous hospital switchboard experience preferred.LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONSNAPREREQUISITE SKILLS1. Ability to communicate clearly with good command of English language2. Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills3.
