Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:This position exists solely to fabricate, assemble, and prepare products for market. Inherent requirements include, but are not limited to the following:o Demonstrate proficiency to read and consistently follow templates, engineering drawings, specifications and written work instructions;o Operate a variety of powered mechanical and/or manual tools, including but not limited to press operations, fabric lay-up, assist mill and extruder, tube rolling machine, wrenches, various hand tools, drills, and roller/stitcher tools, metal cleaner and sand blaster.o Identify, select and apply specified fasteners and other necessary hardware;o Use prescribed personal protective (safety) equipment, including but not limited to: respiratory protection, gloves, eye wear, and/or other devices;o Communicate planned, ongoing or completed production activity to team supervision in a timely manner using appropriate process documents, travel cards, statistical process control charting or other advanced quality system data summaries which include all certified operator processes and ability to achieve and maintain a certified operator status.Duties in PDI· Clean/build metals· Help load and unload cure cart· Lay up fabric for pre-cure· Packing· Laminating etched metals· Print labels· Transporting WIP material· Strip material· Clean cure metals· Strip deicersRequirements:High School diploma; GED
