Our Ninja Program is a level-based journey where kids ages 413 train obstacle-course skills through gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior challenges. With your commitment and our training, youll become a confident and effective coach.ResponsibilitiesLead safe, fun, and progressive classes for kids ages 413.Teach skills through obstacle courses, stations, and games.Motivate and support kids through both achievements and challenges.Communicate with parents and teammates when needed.Participate in staff training and contribute to program growth.Preferred QualificationsExperience or degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Gymnastics, Parkour, Martial Arts, or related fields.Prior experience working with kids (coaching, teaching, camp, etc.).CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).Ability to work actively in a physically intensive environment.What We OfferA fun, professional, and creative environment.Onboarding training (12 months) + weekly workshops.Mentorship and feedback to support your growth.Clear values: commitment, punctuality, presence, love, and communication.Real career growth path: Coach Senior Coach Program Leader.$17 $25 per hour (based on experience & qualifications) + paid training.Part-time schedule: ~25 hrs/week MonFri 4:008:30 pm & Sat 8:45 am1:30 pm.
