PRIVATE EQUITY MID-SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYDEBT & STRUCTURED FINANCE PRACTICE Open to Multiple Locations...full list at the bottom of this description.HYBRID Our client, a premier AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a driven Mid to Senior-Level Associate Attorney to join its high-performing Debt Finance Practice, with a particular focus on Private Equity and Structured Finance transactions. This is a unique opportunity to advise sophisticated borrowers, lenders, and sponsors on complex asset-based loans, structured financings, securitizations, and warehouse credit facilities. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic recordActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly5-8 years of substantive experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in asset-based loans, structured financings, securitizations, or warehouse loan transactionsTransactional experience drafting and negotiating collateral documents, disclosure schedules, loan amendments, and related loan transaction documentsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage complex workstreams efficiently and effectivelyPrior experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm requiredExceptional analytical, drafting, and communication abilities with a proactive, business-oriented approach Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors on structured and asset-based finance transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and leveraged finance dealsDraft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents, including collateral agreements, loan amendments, and disclosure schedulesManage multiple complex deal workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelinesCollaborate with attorneys across related practices, including private equity, M&A, and tax, to deliver comprehensive client solutionsProvide business-focused guidance to clients navigating financing structures and evolving credit market conditions Why Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the nation’s most respected and forward-thinking Debt Finance practices within a globally recognized law firm.
