Pediatric Anesthesiology physician employment in Florida : TeamHealth is currently seeking clinicians who are pediatric (PEDS) fellowship trained or pediatric capable and comfortable with neonates to join our anesthesia care team at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

St. Mary's Medical Center is a level I trauma center, a level 3 NICU, and has a pediatric ICU with a 24-hour children's hospital. Half of the surgical volume at the facility is pediatrics including neonates. Cases also include general, ortho, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology and plastics. Opportunity Overview

• Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $545,000 - $586,667 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives
• $125,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment in addition to the base salary
• 8 weeks of PTO with 1 additional week after 2 years of tenure with TeamHealth
• Day shift position
• On-call duties involve backup pager coverage from home (7p-7a) and participation in the rotation of Saturday/Sunday, 7a-7p day shifts, post-call day off, on-call shifts are evenly rotated among 7 physicians
