We are dedicated to nurturing development, fostering independence, and building confidence by delivering expert pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy services.Title:Pediatric Clinical DirectorLocation:HamptonSetting:Clinic BasedHours:Flexible Ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week **Part-time employees are required to work afternoon hours (3pm-6pm) at least 1 to 2 days per week.Compensation:$80,000 to $105,000Benefits/Compensation:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401-K matched @ 3%Vacation (after 30 days)Sick leave (after 90 days)Responsibilities:Supervising and training other professionals, such as board-certified assistant behavior analysts (BCABAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis.Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for the children and their familiesProvide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction and in-service instruction to other support professionals.Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce manipulative behaviors.Provide ongoing support and training to direct support professionals, ABA implements, and other individuals in support roles for families. Staying current with new ABA techniques, methods, and findings.Requirements:Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Must have a minimum of LMHP or higher preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Must have good verbal and written communication skillsMust possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriately, possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staff.Must have thorough knowledge of all state practice actsAll applications are reviewed daily.
