Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

Location: Salisbury, MD

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Variable shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: $37.87 – $58.71 per hour

Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing outpatient therapy team. In this role, you will work with pediatric patients to support developmental, sensory-motor, cognitive, and functional skills while collaborating closely with families and caregivers to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Deliver occupational therapy services focusing on sensory-motor, cognitive, behavioral, and functional development
• Address fine motor, gross motor, play, self-help, and participation challenges
• Document patient progress and modify treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment plans
• Utilize standardized assessments, clinical observations, and caregiver input to determine functional status

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Maryland state OT license (required)
• BLS certification from AHA
• Pediatric experience preferred

• This is a direct hire position
