JOB DESCRIPTION

If you're passionate about supporting children in a meaningful, holistic way, and you want to be part of a collaborative community of professionals who genuinely love what they do, we’d love to meet you!

We’re currently expanding and seeking a licensed pediatric occupational therapist or COTA to join our team on a part time basis, which could easily grow into full-time if desired. We are also looking for someone who is interested in Saturday morning hours, as a potential second hire.

We mostly work with children age 18 months to 11 years old, presenting with sensory processing differences, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, learning differences, feeding challenges, graphomotor challenges, and PDA.

At Sprout, we believe in providing the highest quality of care without compromising clinician well-being. Here's how we support you:

  • Full-time benefits with a minimum of 22 direct client hours/week, giving you time and space to do your best work. Details below.
  • Administrative time is paid: documentation, prep, collaboration, communication, staff meetings, etc.
  • Cancellations are covered
  • Creative clinical freedom: our private clinic model allows us to deliver truly individualized care.
  • Mentorship and a collaborative professional environment: we value and prioritize connection, mentorship and support among our team so that no one feels alone or lacking in resources.
  • Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience)
  • Work-life balance at the core of our clinic culture, with flexible scheduling
  • Generous benefits, including:
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Health care
  • Dental coverage
  • Vision coverage
  • 401k matching plan
  • Continuing education stipend
  • Technology stipend
  • Ongoing mentorship and professional growth opportunities

We would love to hire someone:

  • Who can naturally and authentically connect with children and families, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported.
  • Passionate about pediatrics, with an interest in sensory integration theory and practice.
  • Energized by collaboration, but also confident working independently.
  • Creative, intuitive, playful, and compassionate, with a strong desire to make a difference.
  • Skilled in organization, time management, communication and flexibility.
