DescriptionThe University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) College of Medicine Department of Plastic Surgery is accepting applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will join our growing Division to provide care for pediatric plastic surgery patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting and will be engaged in the academic and educational missions of the institution. The clinical practice will be primarily pediatric plastic surgery including general pediatric plastic surgery with an opportunity to develop areas of pediatric specialization based on candidate interest. There are some adult plastic surgery responsibilities to be determined by the Division Chief.There are opportunities for robust collaboration with Le Bonheur Hospital as well as St. Jude Childrens addition to outstanding clinical care the successful candidate will participate in the education of medical students residents and fellows.
