We’re hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time) to join Kelsey-Seybold Clinic (part of Optum) in Houston, TX.

🧠 What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and build individualized plans of care
• Deliver treatment and document services/clinical activity appropriately
• Coordinate referrals + recommendations with medical/educational/allied health partners
• Participate in care-related meetings and contribute to program development

✅ Required

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP (ASHA)
• Texas SLP license (TDLR) — or eligible to obtain within 30 days of start

⭐ Nice to have (not required)

• Feeding competency
• Bilingual (Spanish)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $71,200 – $127,200 (includes base + bonus; varies by experience/market factors)
