The position will report to the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Immunology and the Chair of the Department of Pediatrics. UF CARES is the only comprehensive HIV program in north Florida serving adults, adolescents, children and pregnant women. The UF CARES has Ryan White Part A, C and D Funding, a 340B Pharmacy Program, and has an active NIH and PHARMA funded research program. Responsibilities will include: Provide outpatient primary and specialty care services for HIV infected adults at UF CARES. Provide clinical teaching of trainees (residents, fellows, medical students, and other allied health professionals). Participate in research, quality improvement, and other CQI initiatives as appropriate. Contribute to divisional, departmental, and institutional service activities, including monthly meetings.
