Optimum has partnered with clinics in western Washington that have openings for a Pediatrician to join their team.Enjoy a 4-day workweek with rotating call shifts, plus the opportunity to practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings.Opening Overview:-Schedule: 4x 10-hour shifts per week-Call Requirement: 1:4 rotation, covering 7-8 inpatient days per month-Shifts available at multiple outpatient clinics-Patient Volume: 15-20 per day, 200 deliveries per year-Patient Population: Newborns through 18 years old-Must be available for the main hospital for emergencies and to attend some deliveries-Will attend scheduled births for high-risk pregnancies-EMR: AthenaHealth-Must be board-certifiedCompensation & Benefits:-Competitive base salary + RVUs-Sign-on bonus-Generous benefits package-Medical malpractice coveragePlease apply to learn more.PRM - 72605
