Pediatrics Physician at Provider Solutions & Development

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Pediatrician to join a dedicated team of 7 providers and support staff in Issaquah, Washington at the Meadow Creek Clinic.

This is a well-established practice since 1989 consisting of a tight-knit and highly dedicated group of knowledgeable providers. The ideal candidate will have experience and be eager to join a hard-working team environment in this friendly and diverse community located just east of Seattle.

Position Details:

• Part-time at 0.8 FTE; outpatient care only
• Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Rotating coverage on weekends 3 to 4 times per year
• Friendly team environment with a dedicated medical assistants and pediatric patient care coordinator

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $258,275 and $326,336 per year
• Initial compensation is a maximum 3-year salary guarantee followed by our competitive production-based compensation plan
• Relocation assistance and sign on bonus

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
