Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Board certified / Board eligible in Pediatric Medicine.Experience/Physical Requirements:Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.Licensure/Certification: Active and unrestricted West Virginia License. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to by laws of the organization. NRP and PALS required.
