Pediatric Emergency Medicine Assistant Facility Medical Director in Austin, TXLocation: Austin, Texas Position Details: Role: Assistant Facility Medical Director, Pediatric Emergency Medicine Trauma Level: Level IV Trauma Center ED Beds: 10 dedicated pediatric ED beds Annual Volume: 29,000 pediatric visits Shifts: 8- and 12-hour shifts Facility Features: Dedicated pediatric ED, medical-surgical inpatient unit, and PICU Pediatric specialists including PEM-certified physicians, hospitalists, intensivists, and subspecialists (surgery, neurology, urology, ENT, GI, radiology) Advanced interventional and imaging services Candidate Requirements: Board Certification: ABEM/ABOEM/ABP Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Trained or Eligible Proven Leadership Experience Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Compensation with Night Differentials and Bonus Incentives Monthly Medical Director Stipend Sign-On Bonus W2 Employment Model Full Comprehensive Benefits Package: - Health, Dental, Vision Insurance - 401(k) and Supplemental Retirement Plan Paid Professional Liability Insurance with Tail Coverage Access to 300,000+ CME Hours through groupWhy Austin?
