For well over a century our commitment to serve our community inspires our staff to provide the highest quality of care to all who we have the privilege to serve.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesA peer support specialist is a person with lived experience who has been trained to support those who strugglewith mental health psychological trauma or substance use.Experience in coping with life events successfully despite having a mental health challenge.Help individuals in setting and achieving their own goals.Maintain high standards of personal conduct. Teach and role model the value of every individuals recoveryexperience.Job RequirementsHigh School Graduate or GED requiredMust have experience with own personal mental health/substance abuse challenges.Experience as a Peer Support Specialist or working in a Psychiatric or Human Services setting preferredRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Children Activity,Access Control,Human Resources Administration,Government,Actuary,Hydraulics Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
