Help Us Redefine What Physical Therapy Can Be

The Physio Collective is seeking an exceptional Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about blending pelvic health, orthopedics, and sports performance into a truly comprehensive model of care.

We are not a high-volume clinic. We provide concierge-level, one-on-one care focused on helping our clients move better, perform better, and live healthier lives. Our team believes pelvic health should not exist in isolation—it should be integrated with orthopedic rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and whole-person wellness.

If you are excited by the idea of treating everyone from postpartum athletes and active adults to runners, golfers, and fitness enthusiasts, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunctions including:
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Urgency/frequency
  • Pelvic pain
  • Pregnancy and postpartum conditions
  • Diastasis recti
  • Prolapse
  • Bowel dysfunction
  • Sexual health-related musculoskeletal conditions
  • Integrate pelvic health principles into orthopedic and sports rehabilitation programs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that include:
  • Manual therapy
  • Neuromuscular re-education
  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Movement analysis
  • Strength and conditioning principles
  • Return-to-sport programming
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary wellness team.
  • Educate clients on injury prevention, movement optimization, and long-term health.
  • Contribute to community workshops, educational events, and wellness initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a clinician who sees beyond traditional pelvic floor therapy and enjoys treating the entire kinetic chain.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Active California Physical Therapy license
  • Formal pelvic health training and competency in internal pelvic floor examination and treatment
  • Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Passion for one-on-one patient care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pelvic Health Certification or advanced coursework (Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, etc.)
  • Experience treating active adults and athletes
  • Sports rehabilitation experience
  • Strength and conditioning background
  • Experience with return-to-running and return-to-sport programming
  • Dry needling certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • CSCS or equivalent performance credential

What Makes This Position Unique

  • One-on-one treatment sessions
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Concierge and mobile care opportunities
  • Opportunity to help build and expand a growing pelvic health program
  • Collaborative wellness environment
  • Ability to blend pelvic health, orthopedics, performance, and wellness under one roof
  • Administrative support that allows you to focus on patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, certifications, and employment structure.

Potential benefits may include:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Continuing education support
  • Mentorship and professional development
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Opportunities for leadership and program development
