THE POSITIONOur roster has an opening with your name on itFanDuel is seeking a People Analytics Senior Specialist to strengthen our HR data foundation and optimize the systems that power our People this role youll drive data governance and integrity efforts enable analytics through dashboard creation reporting validation and cross-system insights and coordinate employee and employee lifecycle data across HR technologies. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playData Quality & GovernanceEstablish and maintain a comprehensive HR data governance framework that ensures data integrity consistency and compliance across all systems enabling trusted insights and informed business decisionsDefine and maintain standardized HR data models taxonomies and reference data ensuring alignment of data standards across HR technologiesProvide guidance on data standards and best practices to inform the configuration and integration of new HR technologiesMaintain a centralized HR Data Dictionary and ensure it is regularly updated and communicated to stakeholders as system changes process updates or new data elements are introducedRun recurring audits and facilitate cleanup efforts on HR systems to catch anomalies early validate cross-system reports (e.g. Dayforce Workday Greenhouse) and ensure overall data integritySupport data migration efforts across HR platforms including data extraction validation cleansing and migration activities to ensure accurate and complete transfer of employee data during system changes or implementationsAnalytics EnablementBuild operational Tableau dashboards to visualize HR metrics and streamline recurring reporting needsStress-test advanced/custom dashboards to validate calculations data accuracy and user experienceResearch external benchmarks to contextualize internal KPIsReporting & Data RequestsServe as the primary point of contact for HR data inquiries and ad hoc reporting requests from internal and external stakeholdersValidate compile and deliver accurate data and insights in alignment with established governance standards and data definitionsSupport compliance-related reporting requirements including regulatory audit and government submissionsMaintain documentation of data sources request logs and methodologies to ensure transparency traceability and audit readinessIdentify trends in recurring data requests to recommend automation opportunities or enhancements to self-service reporting toolsProcess & SharePoint SupportManage People Analytics request intake by triaging and logging asks spotting recurring themes and partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and prioritizationMaintain People Analytics SharePoint content (guides FAQs use cases)Collaboration & GrowthPartner with the Director of People Analytics on advanced analytics projectsGrow skills in data visualization predictive analytics HR data storytelling and the application of generative AI to People AnalyticsTHE STATSWhat were looking for in our next teammateBachelors degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Business Social Sciences or Data/Analytics5 years of experience in People Analytics or a related data/analytics fieldProficiency with HR systems (Dayforce Workday Greenhouse)Strong Excel/SQL skillsFamiliarity with Tableau preferredExcellent attention to detail and passion for data qualityStrong project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiencesDont check all the boxes Thats okay! This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.
