This role blends technical BI expertise with workforce analytics, helping CoreWeave’s leadership make data-driven decisions about our people, performance, and organizational effectiveness.You will own the design and delivery of dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions—ranging from HR and workforce metrics to company-wide executive insights. Your work will connect data from multiple systems, ensure quality and accessibility, and transform complex information into compelling, actionable narratives for leaders at every level.What You’ll DoDevelop and deliver reporting solutions that empower HR, People Operations, and senior leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.Design and maintain executive-level dashboards, establishing clear, consistent visualization standards across the People organization.Lead workforce analytics initiatives, providing insights into employee experience, engagement, performance, and beyond.Support system transitions, including Workday HRIS migration, ensuring data integrity and continuity during major changes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, People Ops, Finance, and IT to align reporting needs, improve data accessibility, and drive strategic outcomes.Model, query, and optimize large datasets using SQL and BI tools, translating technical analysis into meaningful business insights.Analyze and interpret data from HR systems, surveys, and performance platforms (e.g., FreshService, Lattice) to identify trends and opportunities.Establish and uphold data governance and visualization best practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting.Mentor colleagues in analytics techniques, fostering a culture of data fluency across HR and business functions.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications5+ YOE as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data EngineerBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.Experience supporting system transitions, including Workday HRIS migration and data migrations related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), while ensuring data integrity and continuity during major changes.Experience leveraging generative AI (GenAI) and modern analytics practices, such as LLM-powered data querying, AI-assisted visualization, automated data storytelling, and predictive insight generation to accelerate analysis and decision-making.Expert proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.Hands-on experience with Tableau (or equivalent BI tools like Power BI, Looker).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into stories that influence senior leadership.Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced, scaling environment.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with HR data sources (HRIS, ATS, survey tools, performance systems) and HR metrics.Advanced experience with scripting languages (Python, R, or similar) for automation and analysis.Experience querying data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, StarRocks).Knowledge of data governance and Global HR data privacy best practices.Experience with Airflow, Spark, or other data orchestration and distributed computing tools is a plus.The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
