Key Responsibilities Deliver and manage strategic people experience projects aligned to global culture and engagement goals. Build communications and storytelling that bring our values to life across all levels of the business. Partner with HR L&D and leadership to embed PE principles into core people processes (e.g. performance recognition feedback). Use metrics and qualitative insights to track success and continuously elevate impact. Redesign internal tools pages and systems to make culture more accessible and actionable. Lead global engagement campaigns and champion innovation across all people-focused initiatives. Who You Are Skilled at turning strategy into action and influencing without authority. Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint Excel).
