For additional information please contact the Emerging Talent Program at .Title: People Operations InternDepartment: People OperationsStatus: Intern(3-month program)Location: Los Angeles CAPay Rate: $18.00/hour housing stipend*Interviews for our 2026 Internship positions will take place in March 2026The People Operations Intern will assist the department with a wide range of projects related to People Ops compliance recruiting onboarding and employee this position the intern will learn how to apply skills acquired in school to a professional setting.Duties/Responsibilities:Update internal databases with employee information such as contact details and employment forms.Learn about the companys policies employee benefits and other People Ops -related matters to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiriesParticipate in organizing company events and activities (planning setup staffing)Prepare materials and craft content for employee communications using Canva PowerPoint Home Plate (company Intranet) and other related softwarePost job advertisements to internal job boardSupport onboarding for part-time game day and front office staffAudit I-9 forms and ensure all documents are filed accurately and remain confidentialAssist with the employee Wellness ProgramAnswer high volume of calls throughout the day and occasionally cover the reception deskProvide administrative support to Human Resources teamHelp support People Ops team with Dodgers employee incentives (FPIC Sell-Out Cookies)Other duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:Positive and friendly demeanorHighly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-taskingReliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met firstAbility to analyze data and provide recommendationsKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and handling files and recordsMust have a valid California Drivers License with a verifiable safe driving record and safely operate a company supplied motor vehicle daily for duties related to this positionMust be a rising sophomore junior or senior pursuing a bachelors degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institutionMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer monthsUnrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work 15% cross-functional project experience and 5% additional programming. Interns collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
