People Partner

People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.

Google Workspace from Google Cloud is a smart, simple and secure family of productivity apps Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Meet, Voice, and more. They are designed to simplify work and increase the productivity of teams, with real-time collaboration built in from the start. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders in Workspace to transform the organization to becoming AI-first ensuring they have the right talent strategy and organization design to win in the collaboration and productivity space.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $219000 - $306000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to VPs and executive leaders.
  • Provide expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent and performance management, change management, and leadership coaching.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making, getting to the root cause of complex issues to quickly implement solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to design, launch, and land change initiatives, creating comprehensive people's plans for large functions.
