A team of specialists in different geos support our teams needs covering employee admin systems data policy & rewards benefits and payroll. Focussed on the overall experience of our team they are responsible for ensuring we have clear guidance tools and support to be effective whether as a manager or a team member.About this role:Our People Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding providing administrative and operational support. Maintains and enhances employee record keeping assists with onboarding and handling general inquiries. Works closely with the People Partners and other stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the People & Workplace Experience function.What you will do:Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracyTrack and reply to internal and external queries.Assist with daily operational and administrative tasksPayroll Document management scheduling and electronic file maintenanceAssisting with onboarding. Providing support to employees by answering questions resolving issues and providing informationSupporting the development of HR policies and proceduresActively contribute to an effective and engaged team clear on its purpose and contribution by:Ensuring you know what is expected of you through regular 1:1s having clear objectives in place and participating in open and honest performance and development conversationsEnsuring a respectful and inclusive workplace where team members communicate openly share knowledge so it can be used and respect differenceLiving the CDP Values and demonstrating the behaviours appropriate to your positionInternal stakeholders include: CPO Global Director of Talent Head of Communications & Community Workplace Experience Manager and Coordinator Engagement Partner and wider People Experience Team People throughout organization.External stakeholders include: Vendors other service providers.Were looking for:A relevant academic qualificationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong interpersonal project management and communication skillsAbility to build relationships internally and externally Technologically savvyAbility to anticipate identify and resolve issues that may ariseThe ability to handle confidential informationBefore you apply:Wellonly use the information you provide to process your application.
