Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business users to gather document and analyze functional requirements related to PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion modules.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications user stories and process documentation.Support system enhancements new module implementations and upgrades in PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion environments.Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions to streamline workflows and improve system performance.Work with technical teams to ensure proper configuration testing and deployment of system changes.Perform functional testing UAT support issue resolution and post-deployment validation.Develop process maps standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for end users.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/ERP teams to ensure timely resolution.RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field.Experience as a Business Analyst working with PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/Financials/Supply Chain).Experience in writing requirements functional specifications user stories test cases and training documentation.Strong analytical problem-solving and process-mapping abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Required Skills: Peoplesoft or Oracle Fusion Business Analysis Key Skills Manufacturing/ data interpreation,Clamp Truck/ atistical packages (SPSS, SAS),Forklift/statistic,Calipers,Fireworks/change management,Heavy Equipment Operation,Paving/database tools,Packaging,Basic Math/trend reporting,Excavator/ networking,Math/package creation and maintenance,Mechanical Knowledge/ medical knowledge Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
