With We R H.O.P.E. youll:Start at $30/hour with raises based on experience and performanceReceive comprehensive training no licensure requiredWork in a culture that values trust flexibility and passion over red tapeWhat Youll DoAs a Per Diem Anxiety Coach you will:Step in to cover absences or leave for full-time coaches ensuring uninterrupted student supportSupport students through 30-minute daily coaching sessionsUse proven tools to teach emotional regulation and reduce anxietyWork directly in schools building trusted relationships with studentsDocument each session and provide weekly reports to supervisorsImportant Note: This is a flexible per diem position with no guaranteed hours. Assignments are scheduled only when coverage is needed.RequirementsJob Requirements:We want dependable purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about youth mental health. You should be:Bachelors or Masters degree holder in Psychology Social Work or a related mental health field OR currently enrolled in one of these programs(If applicable) Pursuing internship hours in the mental health/social work fieldReliable and punctual with a strong attendance historySkilled at building connections with strong people skills and a passion for supporting youth21 years old with a valid drivers license and reliable transportationComfortable with basic tech: Microsoft Word and spreadsheets preferredReady to work in-person daily (this is not a remote role)Able to pass a background checkYoull Thrive Here IfYoure done with burnout culture.
