JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title

Primary Purpose:

Lead grant performance and accountability including data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited university
  • Certificate or license in appropriate field preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Ability to interpret policy, procedures and data

Experience:

  • A minimum of one year experience in administration
  • A minimum of three years area specific experience

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support the coordination of data collection and performance reporting for all TWC Adult Education grants.
  • Manage compliance with the AEL Testing Guide, AEL Performance Guide and applicable AEL and WD letters and other performance requirements.
  • Provide weekly reports to management team on selected program performance metrics.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and terminations to TEAMS system.
  • Ensure that all security requirements have been met before access to TEAMS is granted.
  • Work with program managers and other staff to develop data-based teacher performance evaluation models for program improvement.
  • Work closely with HCDE's Research and Evaluation team on local program accountability including student satisfaction surveys for program improvement.
  • Provide support in the registration and placement of students in classes as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
